As with the other two Materials, Dearche's gender is presently unstated. Though their titleships are traditionally used for men, Midchildan and Belkan language does not gender titles this way. While Dearche's body came from a woman, Yagami Hayate, it has not been made clear (as of [[Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection|Reflection]]) that Dearche would identify the same way.

Dearche (ディアーチェ) is an Ancient Belkan king and one of the three Materials alongside their vassals, Stern and Levi. Their soul was released from the Tome of the Night Sky and placed into a body conjured from Yagami Hayate's data by Iris.[1]

Gender

As with the other two Materials, Dearche's gender is presently unstated.[2] Though their titleships are traditionally used for men, Midchildan and Belkan language does not gender titles this way. While Dearche's body came from a woman, Yagami Hayate, it has not been made clear (as of Reflection) that Dearche would identify the same way.
