Precia Testarossa (プレシア・テスタロッサ) is Fate's mother, and master of the dimension-travelling Time Garden (時の庭園 Toki no Teien).[1] She orders Fate to collect the Jewel Seeds to fulfil her desires.[1] She is voiced by Igarashi Rei.[1]
