Long before the Florian family arrived on Eltria, Iris saw her homeworld destroyed by [[Yuri]].<ref name=refmovie>{{reflection-movie}}</ref> For unknown reasons, she lost her physical form - taking refuge inside a computer device within a church still intact on Eltria. Waiting several years for a chance to have her revenge, she came to befriend [[Kyrie Florian]] and planned to find Yuri with her help.<ref name=refcom1>''Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection THE COMICS'' (manga, 2018), sequence 1</ref> Though it pained her to do so, she decides to manipulate Kyrie's wish to save her dying father in order to be brought to Earth.<ref name=refcom2>''Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Reflection THE COMICS'' (manga, 2018), sequence 2</ref>

Once in Uminari City, Iris and Kyrie stole the [[Tome of the Night Sky]] from [[Yagami Hayate]] and took on [[Takamachi Nanoha]] and [[Fate T. Harlaown]] in combat in order to record their data into Iris databank. Afterwards, Iris summoned the [[Materials]]; [[Dearche]], [[Stern]] and [[Levi]] from the tome and gave them bodies from the data she had stored. Iris soon found what she was looking for, the Eternal Crystal holding Yuri. After uploading a virus to Yuri's system to gain control of her, she used Yuri's powers to give herself a body.<ref name=refmovie></ref>
